Caros Group - Tax Resolvers

IRS Representation

Representation is available after your IRS Situation Assessment, based on your written findings. The assessment comes first, so you can see your situation in writing before you decide anything.

What we help with

IRS notices, balances, payment plans, unfiled returns, corrections, penalties, and communication with the IRS.

Case setup

Filing the power of attorney, reviewing your IRS records, reviewing your notice and filing history, reviewing your balance and penalties, checking your compliance, writing a case plan, and collecting your documents through the Caros Group client portal.

Action work

Payment plans and other agreements, completing and filing IRS paperwork, speaking with the IRS on your behalf, unfiled and amended returns, penalty requests, and responses to IRS notices.

Stay-on-Track Review

A twice-a-year review of estimated payments, withholding, filing status, and changes in your circumstances, offered to clients we have agreed to work with.

Tax preparation

Tax preparation is its own service, offered separately from representation.

How it works

  1. Complete your IRS Situation Assessment.
  2. Review your written findings.
  3. If you choose to continue, you receive a written quote before any work begins.
  4. Case setup.
  5. Action work.
  6. Stay-on-Track Reviews for clients we have agreed to work with.
